alumasc facades new website

Welcome to the new and improved website for Alumasc Facades – a market-leading manufacturer and system designer of External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems and renders.

The website incorporates the new, simple and intuitive system branding, which underpins quick navigation to the system of choice. According to Simon Poe (Managing Director of Alumasc Facades), “the new website will allow our clients to access the information that is relevant to them as quickly as possible – whether they are familiar with Alumasc Façades’ product offer or not. We have also taken the opportunity to locate all of the system-level downloads (i.e. BBA certificates, CAD drawings, System Summaries) alongside each system overview; further speeding up the process of accessing the right information in the shortest possible time.”

The site has lots of new improved features for designers, with a new improved u value calculator, BIM files, outline details of the latest suite of CPD seminars offered by Alumasc Facades and updated CAD detail drawings.

The site has a strong emphasis on the aesthetic aspect of Facades, allowing clients to better visualise the range of render and brick-effect finishes available to them. The project library also demonstrates a number of previous installations throughout the 30+ years of Alumasc’s involvement in designing, manufacturing and supplying External Wall Insulation systems in the UK. Further developments are imminent, including the launch of a new colour selector

Marketing Manager, Jay Connolly, says that the new site is a big step forward in helping to communicate the value of Alumasc’s range of tested and accredited façade solutions. “The new site has allowed us to refresh the content, including the addition of our most up-to-date developments, such as the BBA certification for the Exicco system that was received only in February. This system now means that we can provide our clients with BBA approved solutions for steel framed construction in both low- and high-rise buildings.”

However, in the ever-changing online world, Jay says that he is most looking forward to using the new site as a tool to communicate dynamically with our clients.  “Importantly, we now have the platform to communicate with our clients on the latest industry and company news. The new website has the capacity for us to add in new tools and resources and can be readily updated to include new product developments, new CPD seminar programmes etc. We’ve also worked to improve the user-experience for visitors who are using mobile devices.”
