Victorian building restored with Alumasc Facades renders & poly-kote
Alumasc Facades products including silicone renders and poly-kote masonry paint were used to stunning effect on an old Victorian building recently.
The once-derelict property based in Cavendish Place was renovated and converted into a stylish, luxurious home in the idyllic village of Bowdon, joining 14 other contemporary homes which include high-spec technology.
poly-kote masonry paint was chosen to finish the building due to its high performance and track record stretching back over 20 years. The polymer-modified 2-coat masonry paint can be brush, roller or spray-applied directly onto brick, block, render or stone dash. Previously marketed as MR S6 masonry paint, Poly-kote is available is a standard range of 8 colours. Other colours are available on request (terms apply).
Jason Gledhill, Alumasc Facades Site Support Technician- “All credit to the team at Quality Fast Facades for tackling such a huge undertaking.”
